A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(2X)
EXT~qSIONAND ~2~OV~2~TS~ FOR PARCEL MAP 11940
WH~5~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~3reement Extension executed on November 20,
1991, by Sahama Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjaoent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southeast corner of White Oak Avenue and Elm Avenue;
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11940; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
