A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN~
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGRR~T
EXT~SION AND ~ S~CURITY FOR TRACT 12659-1
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucan~rm3a ba~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on November 20,
1991, by Etiwand~ a Estates as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at the southwest corner of Etiwar~___a Avenue and 24th Street;
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12659-1; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
