A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU~, CALIFORNIA, APPRDVING TRACT MAP NL~ 13717,
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No.13717, su~tted by Lewis Development
Company , and consisting of 16 numbered and 4 lettered lots located on the
southeast corner of Spruce Avenue and Elm Avenue, was approved by the Planning
Cc~m, ission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on F~_h~ 14, 1990, and is in
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Or~ No. 28
adopted pursuant to the Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 13717 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequiste to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an IMprovement ~zjreement guaranteed by accepts_hie Improvement
Security by Lewis Development Company as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer su~ts for approval said Tract Map offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Impr~ement Agreement and said Improvement Security
sukmlitted by sai.d developer, be ~ the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign sa~d Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 13717
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
