DEVELOPM~Ff ODMPANY FOR POST~O}~D~Ff OF APPRDVAL OF
13351
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13351, suhnitted by Lewis
Development Company, Subdivider, located at the southwest corner of Mill/ken
Avenue and Terra Vista Parkway in the Terra Vista Planned C~mmmity, was
conditionally approved to prepare Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
(CC&R's) in compliance with standards established by the City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has
entered into an agreement su~tted herewith for approval and execution by
said City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said A~3reement be and the same are approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and
cause same to be recorded upon said execution.
