WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on Fmb!~_ ~mry 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement
estm_blished as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 7717 Buena
Vista has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said R~al Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of t_he County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
