A RESOI/3I~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CIJCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGRk~Ff FOR
INSTAT.TATION OF STREET ~ AND D~DICATION OF
RIGHTS-OF-WAY FRC~ HCI~ESTF2R) SAVINGS AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY ~.WRK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has
est_m_blished requirements for construction of road i~=row~_nts in conjunction
with the Highland Avenue at Rochester Avenue Intersecti~ and Traffic Signal
Projects; and
WHEREAS, the installation of a traffic signal and other related work,
located along the northeast corner portion of the Hc~estead parcel, shall be
made a part of the Highland Avenue at Rochester Avenue Intersection and
Traffic Signal Projects; and
WHEREAS, Homestead Savings has agreed to dedicate road ~t to
the City for said i~provements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San B~ County, California.
