A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

WH~REAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1 Section 8334a, of the Streets and
Highways Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to ~ily vacate a portion of a street or highway as excess right-of-way
herein more particularly described; and
WHerEAS, the City Council found from all the evidence sukmitted that
said portion of street is no longer required for street or highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
S~CTION 1: ~ne Council hereby makes its order vacating said portion
of street as shown on Map V-120 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been further described in a legal descrip-
tion which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by reference made a
S~CTION 2.: The subject vacation shall be subject to the reservations
and exceptions, if any, for existing utilities on record.
S~CION 3: ~nat frc~ and after the date this resolution is recorded,
said excess right-of-way no longer constitutes portion of said street.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Be~ County, California.

inclusive, recorded in the office of the County Recorder in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being the east i0 feet of the west 60 feet of said Lot 431 of
Tract 2102.
