A RESOLUI~ON OF R~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRO~S
FOR DR 87-48 AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.YNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 87-48 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work co~-~olete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTID this 6th day of November, 1991.
