A RESOIJ3I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVt~4ENTS
FOR CUP 88-46 AND AUTHORIZING THE F/TING OF A NOTICE OF
OOMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 88-46 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work co~¥plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of Novealber, 1991.
