A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~NGA, CAT~FORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVS}g~qTS
FOR TRACT 13812 - EITWANDA STORM DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13812 -
Etiwanda Storm Drain have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVSD, and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1991.
