A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVf/~ENT AGRk~qV~T
EXT~gSIONAND IMPROVf~[f~f SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 11838
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of RanchoCucamongahas for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on November 6, 1991,
by The William Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Base Line Road and Victoria Park
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11838; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucan~nga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the city
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
