A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG T}{E PUBLIC IMPRO~
FOR TRACT 13367 AND AUTHORIZING ~HE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13367 have
been comple~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, APPROVfD, and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1991.
