A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~Mt~T AG~~
EX~SIONAND IMPROV~ SECURITY FOR DR 89-14
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 16, 1991,
by Ampac, Inc. as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located at the south side of Arrow Route east of Interstate-15 Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 89-14; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acommpanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the CitY of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agree~=-nt Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVSD, and ADOPTED this 16thday of October, 1991.
