A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPRD~ AG~~
EXT~SI~ AND IMPROVS~4ENT SECURITY FOR DR 87-56
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 16, 1991,
by Stenton Jersey Partners as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of Rochester Avenue and Jersey
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 87-56; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreen~_nt Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
