A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C%k?AMONGA, CAT~FORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~/~ENT AG~~
EXT~SIONAND ~ SECLSAITY FOR TRACT 13812
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongahas for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executedonOctober 16, 1991,
by Watt Inland Empire, Inc., as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically describedtherein, and
generally located on the west side of Etiwanda Avenue between Summit Avenuei
and HighlandAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improv~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction withthe development of said Tract 13812; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1991.
