A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(]~O
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMP~ AGRFFM]~T
EXT~qSIONAND IMPRO~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13727
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga barn for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 16, 1991,
by Southland Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
w-ay adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at the wouthwest corner of Carnelian Street and Highland
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13727; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the city
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
