A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~qSIONAND IMPRO~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13566-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongahas for its
consideration an Improvement Agree~_nt Extension executed on October 16, 1991,
by Rockfield Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the south side of Summit Avenue between Wardman Bullock
Road andCherryAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction withthe development of said Tract 13566-1; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongadoes
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTSD this 16th day of October, 1991.
