A RESOI/]I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CT3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~HS~T~ AGRFF~ENT
AND IMPRO~ SECURITY FOR CONDITONAL USE PE~4IT NO.
91-11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on October 16, 1991, by James
and Patricia Manhire as developers, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located at 9595 Lucas Ranch Road, north of 4th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~¥m~ssion, Conditional Use Permit No. 91-11; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improv~t Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
