A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

SECURITIES, JOINT IMPROVSI~ENT AGgF~IENT AND S~CU~ITIES
AND FINAL MAPS OF TRACTNOS. 14379 AND 14380
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 14379 and 14380, consisting
of 118 lots, su~tted by Watt Inland Empire, Incorporated, Subdivider,
located on the north side of 24th Street, west of Etiw~nda Avenue, in the Low
Density Residential District has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement sutanitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and suh~its for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same on
behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers .for dedication and the Final Map delineat-
ing same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to
execute the certificate thereon on behalf of said City.
