A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT,'rFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR DR 88-28 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTT,'f"NG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 88-28 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~mplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 2nd day of October, 1991.
