A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPlq/qG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT 12820 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12820 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is recruited to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 2nd day of October, 1991.
