A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf2X)
EXT~2~SION AND IMPROV]~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 10246
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 2, 1991,
by JCR Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located at the southwest corner of Haven Avenue and Hillside Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~p~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms tb~_reof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 10246; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, a~ the City Clerk to attest thereto.
