RESOLUTION NO. 91-281
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~K)
C~3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPRD~ AGPk~lqT,
//~PR0~ S~CURITIES, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NOS.
13564-1, -2, -3, AND -4
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 13564-1, -2, -3 and -4,
consisting of 101 lots, sutm~tted by Lyon C~,~nities/Akins Associate
Subdivider, located north of 24th Street and east of Wardman-Bullock road has
been su~tted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved
by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California, and in c~-~liance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of
said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement su~tted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said city
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content thereof
by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map delineating
same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the
certificate thereon on behalf of said City.
