A RESOILTITON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPIqlqG THE PUBLIC
FOR TRACT 13279 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTLTNG OF A NOTICE OF
~, the construction of public improvements for Tract 139-79 have
been comple~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~/~DRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~, APPROVHD, and ADOPTfD this 18th day of Se~, 1991.
