A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~, C~T,T~ORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ]~F/~C~I~TS
FOR MTr.L~ AV~gUE MSDIAN ~OV~M~:~T, FRCM 4TH TO 6TH
STREETS AND CITY ~IIRY ~, CONTRACT NO. 90-003 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FrrING OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public in%0rovements for Milliken Avenue
Median Improvement, from 4th to 6th Streets and City Entry Monument, Contract
No. 90-003, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work o~,~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a "Notice of Completion" with the County Recorder
of San Bernardinoo
