FOR TRACT 13644 AND AUTHORIZINGTHEFTT.TNGOF A NOTICEOF
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~provements for Tract 13644 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work camplete.
Nc~q, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of RanchoCucamongadoes
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Campletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 18th day of Se~, 1991.
