A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~4ENTS
FOR TRACT 12420 AND AUTHORIZING THE FITING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12420 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Co~-~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVe, and ADOP~ this 16th day of October, 1991.
