A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf]~O
CY3CAMONGA, CAT~FORNIA, APPROVING I~PROV]~4~q~ AG~~
EXT~qSI~ ~ S~'T~fY FOR DR 88-11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on Se~ 18,
1991, by ~ward R. Combs as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at the southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue and San
Bernardino Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such in~provements, described in said
Ir~rovement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR88-11; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement ~3reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
