RESOLUI~ON NO. 91-267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVf24f~T AGRa,
AND ~OVf2452~T SECURITI~ FOR 24TH STR~, CPI~RRY
AV~qUE, TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND A 30" W~TER L/NE IN 24TH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration Improvement Agreements executed by First City/Hunter's Ridge
Limited Partnership as developer, for the improvement of Public right-of-way
generally located in 24th Street and Cherry Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of Tract 13750 located within the City of
Fontana; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreements secured and accc~panied by good
and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreements.
NOW, THEREFOR, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreements be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improv~t Securities are accepted as
good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form
and content thereof by the City Attorney.
