A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

~OR ~ AV~KIE PARK~kY BEAUTIFICATION PRO3ECT,
C.O. 90-050 AND ~RIZING THE FrLING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~c~ents for Rochester Avenue
Parkway Beautification Project, C.O. 90-050, have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is recovered to be filed, certifying
the w~rk cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a "Notice of Cc~pletion" with the County Recorder
of San Bernardino.
