A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR PARCEL MAP 13125 AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.TNG OF A
NOTICE OF CC~PLgTION FOR ~HE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Paroel Map 13125
have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~,~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVe), and ADOPI~D this 4th day of Se~, 1991.
