A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~TI~
FOR DR 87-34 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTT.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvers for DR 87-34 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHerEAS, a Notice of Campletion is rec~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of t_he City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Campletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 4th day of September, 1991.
