A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

AND ~ S~"URITY FOR CMURCM STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agre~nent executed on August 19, 1991, by Lewi_~
Homes of California as developer,' for the i~prov~_nt of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located between Elm Avenue West and Elm Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acc~ed by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. ~nat said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. ~aat said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
