A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCh9

AND ~ SfLT~RITY FOR CUP 88-28
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancb~ Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Impro~t Agreement executed on August 14, 1991, by Forrest
Perry as developer, for the i~provement of public right-of-way adjacent to the
real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the
southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Malachite Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~provements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~a~.~ssion, CUP 88-28; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accc~panied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2 Tnat said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
