A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY

NEFF AND ~ E. MAHAN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY cLFRK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on Fe___hruary 21, 1989, to estA_blish reqtlirements for construc-
tion of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of the re~ired street improvements and parkway
landscaping est~_blished as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for CUP
91-13 has been .~et by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement by Walter J. Neff and Steven E. Mahan.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
