FOR BANYAN STREET BRIDGE AND AUTHORIZING ~E FrLING OF A
NOTICE OF (I~4PLETION FOR THE ~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of public ~ for Banyan Street
Bridge have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City ~g~; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City (k~ncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~mpletion with the Oounty Reccxder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADO~ this 21st day of August, 1991.
