NOTICE OF ~(~ FOR THE WORK
~EAS, the construction of public improv~nts for Tract 13318
Landscape have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~npletion is required to be filed, certifying
the ~rk complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cu~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 21st day of August, 1991.
