F(~ TRACT 13279 D~ON BASIN AND ~ZING THE
F~.r~G OF A NOTICE OF ~C~ F~R THE W0~K
WHEREAS, the construction of public ~ for Tract 13279
Detention Basin have been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~ineer;
WHEREAS, a Notioe of Completion is re~,~ed to be filed, certifyin~
the work oomplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Er~ineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the COunty Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPI~D this 21st day of A/K~st, 1991.
