EXT~qSIC{q AND ~ ~ FOR PARCEL MAP 12263
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho C~ has f~r its
consideration an I~ A~ Extension executed on Au~3ust 21, 1991,
by ~ne William Lyon Co., as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at the southeast corner of Highland Avenue and Milliken
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improvement A~ and subject to the terms thereof, is to be d~ne in
conjunction with the development of said PM 12263; and
ac~ed by good and sufficient I~provement Security, whic~ is identified
in said ~-~nt A~3reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of ~ Omoamonga does
hereby resolve that said In~rovement Agreement Extension and said ~
authorized to sign said Im~mam~_nt Agreement E~tension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
