EXTENSION AND ~ S~C~RITY FOR TR~T 13738
~H~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~_~ has for its
consideration an Im~--rovem~ Agreement EWcension exeofced o~ August, 21 1991,
by Rodine Co., as developer, for the i~0row~e~t of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
WHEREAS, the installation of such im~x~em~cs, described in said
conjunction with the de-velo~ment of said Tract 13738; and
~EREAS, said Imp~m~ent Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Im~rov~_nt Security, which is identified
in said Im~x=~m~ant A~3reement Extension.
NOW, ~/4~ORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Im~rowm~nt Agreement Extension and said Im~ro~a~ent
Security be and the same are bmreby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Impr~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
