A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF P4tNC~O
E~T~NSION AND ~ S~%~ITY FOR ~LT 13280 K~qYON
WH~{EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga b~-~ for its
consideration an ~ Agre~m~_nt Extension executed on August 21, 1991,
by Tb~ William Lyon Company as developer, for the i~ of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on Kenyc~ Way between Milliken Avenue and Rochester Avenue;
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
co~junction with the development of said Tract 13280 Kenyon Way Railroad
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agre~nt Extension is secured and
accc~ed by good and sufficient l~ Security, which is identified
in said Improv~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~ does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said I~
authorized to sign said I~ Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamo~ga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
