A RESOLUTI~ OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF ~

~SI(~ AND ~ ~ FOR TRAC~ 12332-2
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an I/~ Agreement Extension executed on August 21, 1991,
by M.J. Brock as developer, for the im~ of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
WHEREAS, tb~ installation of such i~, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12332-2; and
WHEREAS, said I~ Agre~m~-nt Extension is secured and
accompanied by good a~d sufficient l~ Security, which is identified
in said I~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I_n~0xDv~t A~3re~nent Extension and said I~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said I~ Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
