A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY (IX~CIL OF THE CITY OF ~
CT~%M~?~, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THEANNEXATIONOFCER~kIN
'r~ul~ TO IANDSCAPE ~ DIWI~ICT NO. 4 FOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~mnnga has
previously formed a special mintenanoe district pt~rsuant to the terms of the
"?~-~caping ar~ Lightir~ Act of 1972", beir~ Divisic~ 15, Part 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said special maintenance
district kn~n and designated as Landscape Ma~Ycen~oe District No. 4,
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of Ompter 2 of the "~n~.~caping
and Lighting Act of 1972" authorize the annexation of additional territory to
the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desirous to take proceed-
ings to annex the Uroperty described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto ar~
inccrpc~ted herein by this referenced to the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of property within the territory uroposed
to be annexed to the Maintenance District have filed with the City Clerk their
filing of an "Er~ineer's Report".
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamo~Fa does
hereby resolve as follows:
S~CTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: ~nat this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the property as shc~n in Exhibit "A" and the work program areas as
described in Exhibit "B" attacb~d hereto to the Mairfcenanoe District.
SECTION 3: That all future pr0oeed/r~s of the Maintenance District,
including the levy of all assessments, shall be applicable to the territory
