WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cuca~ has for its
oo~sideratic~ an I~ Agre~ exec~ c~ Au~3ust 21, 1991, by
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pro~ specifically
described therein, and generally located at the northeast corner of Base l','ine
Road and Milliken Avenue; and release of previously suhnitted I~
Agreement Security and Monumentation deposit accepted by City Ccuncil c~ Marc~
21, 1990, frc~ Victoria (~_camonga Partners, L. P.
WHerEAS, said I/~ A~reement is secured and aocc~panied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
~t~.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I~ A=3reement ar~ said I~t Security
by and the same are hereby approved, release of previously sulmlit~ Improve-
ment Agreement Security and Monumentation Deposit aocegted by the City Council
on March 21, 1990, from Victoria Cucamonga Part,ers, L. P. ar~ the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said I~ Az3reement on behalf of he City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
