WHerEAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho CUcam~ (herein-
-after referred to as "City~') , ba~ for its cc~sideratic~ and executic~ the Pipe
T,~ne License A~3r~ with the Atchi~m~, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway ~
(hereinafter referred to as "Santa Fe"), for tb~ proposed Seventh Street storm
drain construction across A.T. & S.F. Railway Omnpany right-of-way, track no.
10 chaining, Rancho Cucamonga, California; and
~EREAS, Santa Fe and the City are in ~utual acoord with the
Conditions specified in the attached Pipe T.~ne License A~reement.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamom]a does
hereby resolve that said Pipe Line Licens~ Agreement be approved and acceptmd,
and auth~ize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct the City Clerk to
attach a certified copy of this Resolution to duplicate original copy of said
Agreement marked "Santa Fe Original" and mil to the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Ccm~any.
