FACILITIES DISTRICT
WHerEAS, the City Ccuncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (herein-
after referred to as the "legislative body of the local ~3enc~,), _de~__ires to
annex territory to an existing C~,..~nity Facilities District pursuant to the
terms and Urovisic~s of the '~ello-Roos C~.-,unity Facilities Act of 1982",
being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Goverr~ent C~de of the
State of Califcx~ia, and specifically Article 3.5 thereof. The existing
O'-,m~u%ity Facilities District has been designated as (IP{~NITY FACTTJTIES
DISTRICT NO. 88-2 (hereinafter referred to as tb~ '~)istrict',); and
proposed to be annexed to the existing C~,m~nity Facilities District, said
area to be designated as ~ FACrLTTIES DISTRICT NO. 88-2, ANNEXATION
NO. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory,,).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
subject to a special tax to be levied is bmreby approved and adopted. Said
map is designated by the name of tb~ existing District and the number of the
proposed annexation.
S~CTION 3: A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one (1) copy of the map of the District, evidencing the date and
adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen (15) days after the adoption
of the Resolution fixing the' time and place of the hearing on the intention to
annex or extent of the annexation to said District, a copy of said map shall
be filed with the correct and proper endors~nents therec~ with the County
Reoorder, all in the _m~__nner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the
Streets and Highways Oode of the State of California.
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1991.
