A RESOLUITC~ OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF ~
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING q~E CITY'S LANDSCAPE,
FISC2~YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the City Ommcil of the City of Rand~ Cucamonga held a
w~rkshop to review tb~ appropriation requests for the fiscal year 1991-92; and
~{EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucam0nga held public
WHerEAS, these public hearings w~re published in a newspaper of
general circulation and held on July 3 and 17, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as folly:
SqDCU/ON 1: A~option of Fiscal Year 1991-92 ~q. et.. The City of
Rancho Cucamonga Lar~, Lighting, and Special Assessment Districts ~udget
for the fiscal year 1991-92, on file in the Office of the Finanoe Officer, is
hereby adopted in the amount of $8,081,270.00.
SECTION 2: Transfers of Funds Between and/or Within Ap~iatio~.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga may transfer funds between
funds or activities set forth in tb~ budget. The City Manager my transfer
funds between appropriations within an appropriation as set foxT_h in the
budget and my transfer a~iations between activities within any fund.
S~CTION 3: Transfers of Funds Betwee~ FuDd-. Transfers of funds
S~CTION 4: Dis~. The City Manager and the Finance Offioer,
or the duly designated representative, are hereby empow~re~ and authorized to
disburse funds pursuant to ap~iations provid~d~__ for in the 1991-92 budget,
implement and control budget on all rotters, exuept direct expenditures by
Oouncil members which require Council approval.
S~CTION 5: Additional Apuropriations. The City Council may amend
this budget to add or delete appropriations.
