A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~

f-~ TRACT 13621 AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.ING OF A NOTICE OF
WfD~S, the oonstruction of public i~ for Tract 13621 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHfREAS, a Notice of COmpletion is re~red to be filed, certifying
t_he work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rand~ Cucamonga does
hereby resolve tb~t the work is hereby accegted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRDV~D, and ADOPI~I) this 7th day of A~, 1991.
