A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAN(~0

EXT~SIONAND ~°ROgqSH~T SqD~/RITY PORPARCELMAP 11891
WHEREAS, the City Ocuncil of the City of Rancho (~ ba~ for its
consideration an I~ Agreement Extension exeo/ted on August 7, 1991,
by RCDC Associates as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southeast corner of Milliken Avenue and Arrow Highway; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be d~ne in
conjunction with the develcf~ent of said Parcel Map 11891; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agre~nent Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREPORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said ~t Agre~n~t Extension and said Improvemer~
Security be and the same are bmreby appzDved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
