A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY COL~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O

EXT~qSIONAND ]3~0V~qT S~C~RITY FOR PARCELMAP 11030
~{EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho C~ has for its
consideration an Improvement agr~t Extension executed on August 7, 1991,
by Lewis Development C~ as developer, for the i~ of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real prope~ specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northeast corner of Haven Averm~ and Foothill
WH~EAS, the i~stallation of suc~ im~ov~a~Ycs, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11030; and
WHerEAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Exter~ion.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamong~ does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said I~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Ia~ Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamong~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
